Updating your business profile or banking information.

  1. On the Business Profile or Funding page, click the Edit button. You must be the Owner of the account. log in to your portal dashboard here Online Portal
  2. Prior to editing information, you are asked to verify your identity. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number. You may also be asked to provide the first 5 of your SSN.
    • If we cannot verify your identity, you will be unable to edit your information.
    • If we are unable to validate your banking information, we may ask you to upload a voided check.
  3. Click Save.
