How to add tips to receipts if batch is already closed ?

In the event that you run into an issue where the terminal has already batch out or the batch has been closed in the QAZ POS system please follow the steps below to have your tips added to each transaction . 

 

  • Take photos of receipts with tips that need to be added .
  • Email photos to helpdesk@bryteps.com 

A ticket will be created and tips will be added in the backend for you .
